책 소개

최근 우리 음식은 영양학적 우수성과 가능성이 밝혀지면서 세계적으로 ‘건강식’, ‘장수식’으로 인정받고 있으며, 새로운 가치창출을 위한 자원으로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 사회가 발전되면서 다양성과 향토성이 짙은 우리 음식 문화가 빠르게 서구화 되고 음식의 종류도 단순화되고 있는 실정이므로 전통향토음식에 대한 계승 발전 방안 모색이 요구 되고 있다. 이에 전국 9개도의 대표적인 향토음식 중 생활에서 쉽게 적용 가능한 100개의 음식을 선정하였다. 또한 한류의 영향으로 우리나라의 음식에 관심을 가지는 세계인들을 위하여 베트남어, 영어, 일본어, 중국어, 스페인어, 아랍어로 번역하여 출간하였다.

Recently, Korean food has been recognized as a "healthy food" and a "long-lived food" worldwide as its nutritional excellence and potential have been revealed, and has emerged as a resource for creating new values. However, as society develops, our food culture with high diversity and locality is rapidly becoming westernized and the types of food are simplified, so it is required to find ways to develop succession of traditional local food. Accordingly, 100 foods that can be easily applied in life were selected among the representative local foods of nine provinces nationwide. In addition, it was translated into Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Arabic and published for people around the world who are interested in Korean food due to the influence of the Korean Wave.

Récemment, l'aliment coréen a été reconnu comme un « aliment sain » et un « aliment de longue durée » dans le monde entier, car son excellence nutritionnelle et son potentiel ont été révélés et sont apparus comme une ressource pour créer de nouvelles valeurs. Cependant, au fur et à mesure que la société se développe, notre culture alimentaire avec une grande diversité et une grande localité devient rapidement occidentalisée et les types d'aliments sont simplifiés, de sorte qu'il faut trouver des moyens de développer la succession d'aliments locaux traditionnels. Par conséquent, 100 aliments faciles à appliquer dans la vie ont été choisis parmi les aliments locaux représentatifs de neuf provinces à l'échelle nationale. De plus, il a été traduit en vietnamien, anglais, japonais, chinois, espagnol et arabe et publié pour les gens du monde entier qui s'intéressent à la nourriture coréenne en raison de l'influence de la Vague Coréenne.

However, as society develops, our food culture, which is rich in diversity and locality, is rapidly becoming westernised and the types of food are becoming simplified, so it is necessary to find ways to inherit and develop traditional local foods. Therefore, we selected 100 representative local foods from nine provinces across the country that can be easily applied in daily life. This book has also been translated into Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and Arabic for people around the world who are interested in Korean food due to the influence of the Korean Wave.
