〈아름다운 순우리말 공부〉는 말모이에서 고유어 2,600여 개를 톺아 가려 모은 어휘 학습용 익힘책이다. 휴가(休暇)를 ‘말미’, 인터체인지를 ‘나들목’으로 가려 쓰듯이 조리차(절약), 길미(이자), 고스락(위기), 땅꺼짐(씽크홀)처럼 한자어나 외래어, 부적절한 외국어로 만든 신조어보다 같은 값이면 토박이말을 살려 쓰는 것이 좋겠다는 뜻에서 집필하게 되었다.

이 책은 먼저 낱말의 개념 정의를 이해하고 예문의 문맥을 파악하여, 주어진 순우리말을 학습하는 방법으로 한 회에 20문항씩 모두 130회로 구성하였다.

그동안 독자들의 북돋음에 힘입어 초판을 깁고 백여 낱말을 더하여 [깁더본]을 펴낸다.

"Study Beautiful Native Korean Language" is a vocabulary-learning euphemism for more than 2,600 speakers from Malmoi. It was written in the sense that it would be better to use the same value as the Sino-Korean, foreign, and inappropriate foreign languages, such as spending (savings), interest (interest), and gospels (crisis), and shut-offs (thinkhole).

The book first understood the conceptual definition of the word, and then, by understanding the context of the prophecy, it was composed of 20 sentences in one session, all of which consisted of 130 sentences.
